BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: |

| Deposits: |
$200 Low Season and $500 for Easter and Christmas Peak.
Balance is payable on arrival. |
| Payment: |
Visa Card, Mastercard, Eftpos, Amex, Diners and
Cash. A valid Credit Card is a condition of entry and must
be presented at check-in. Cheques are only accepted if
received 14 days before arrival. |
| Cancellations: |
Bookings cancelled 14 days (28 days in Christmas Peak Season) or
more before scheduled arrival will attract a cancellation fee of
$50.00. If booking is cancelled within 14 days (28 days in
Christmas Peak Season) of scheduled arrival and the apartment
cannot be re-let for the same period of time then there will be
no refund. If the apartment is re-let for the same period of
time then a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply. |
