The fully furnished holiday apartments at Aspect Caloundra can be made available for long term rentals between February and November and offer a variety of floor plans to suit your lifestyle needs.

These fully self contained and air conditioned apartments include access to the phone system, internet system and include 8 Austar channels. Formal leases are signed and a 4 week bond is taken. The tenant pays for the usual outgoings.

Fully Furnished Holiday Apartments are available for a minimum lease of 6 months at the following Rentals:

1 bedroom Resort Apartment from $450 per week
1 bedroom Ocean View Apartment from $475 per week
2 bedroom Ocean View Apartment from $600 per week
2 bedroom Premier Apartment from $700 per week
3 bedroom Premier Apartment from $800 per week
